Book Fishing With Us

Booking your fishing at Trapp Fishery is quick and straightforward, with day tickets available to purchase online through our secure PayPal link.

Each angler may use a maximum of two rods, helping us maintain a calm, enjoyable environment and protect the balance of the lake. Simply choose your preferred date, complete the payment, and your spot is confirmed — ready for a peaceful day by the water.

Fishing Lake Rules

The fishery opens at 8:30 am and closes at 8:00 pm

  • Rod license required for all anglers aged 12 years or over (available online)

  • Only 2 rods per person

  • Anglers must not change their allocated peg without first speaking with the site staff.

  • Novice Anglers must have their rigs checked by site staff before commencing to fish.

  • Do not leave unattended rods in the water

  • All anglers must have a landing net and mat

  • It is illegal to have lead weights exceeding size 8

  • Ground bait must be used in moderation

  • No floating bait is allowed

  • Barbless hooks only

  • No fixed rigs or braided lines

  • Chod rigs: method feeders and hair rigs allowed

  • No dogs are allowed in the fishery

  • All fish must be returned to the water quickly, without prolonged photo shoots.

  • Dip the nets in the dust bin with cleanser before fishing

  • Keep noise to a minimum

  • No night fishing
